PHARMACEUTICALS / INJECTABLES / OTC:
Sales of vaccines and all injectables are available only to those registered medical providers and facilities authorized and licensed to purchase them. Orders for these products that do not include State License and DEA numbers will not be processed until this information is made avaliable to us.
In accordance with state laws, please fax actual copies of your current state registration (License and DEA) to us at 1-866-900-1880. Orders will ship after that information has been recieved, checked, and verified.
Please be aware that items labeled as non-stock items are not generally kept on our shelves and will incur a longer shipping time. Items that need to be ordered directly through the manufacturer to be dropped shipped to you will incur additional shipping charges and will not be eligible for any "Free Shipping" promotion. If an item must be delievered to a dock or lift gate, this will have additional charges that you will be responsible for as well. If this applies to your order, you will be notified of the additional charges.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Credit Card Orders- ExpressMedicalSupplies.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address and other relevant information as it is on file with the issuing bank of your credit card. If you are a first time customer and need to have your package shipped to a different address than your billing address, please contact your credit card issuing bank and add that shipping location to your credit card.
By using our website to place an order, you agree to recieve monthly emails that we will send out to inform you of current specials and promotions that may be of interest to you. We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to another company or individual as we respect your right to privacy and do not encourage spam to be sent out. To opt out of these specials is easy. Just go to your account page and click on the option "Do not send me emails that have discounts or specials in them" and we will make sure that you will not recieve any more marketing emails from our company. We will send order confirmation and tracking information to this email address only.
Prices are based on orders being shipped at one time to one destination. Prices are subject to change on our site without prior notice. While we do our best to keep the site updated with the most current pricing, you will always be notified of any changes if they occur before your order is processed.

FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY:
Fraud Protection/Credit Card Security- Here at ExpressMedicalSupplies.com we have taken steps to deter fraudulent credit card use. As part of our fraud protection program, we ask that customers make sure that their billing name and address match those on the credit card. If you have a shipping address that is different than your billing address, please notify your card issuer and make sure this information is on file. Having an alternate shipping address is becoming common practice, and your card issuer should be happy to help you in this regard. Just let them know that you are placing orders via the Internet and would like this alternate address. This will help speed your order along. If an order is flagged as potential fraud because the order address does not match, the order will be delayed. We will then follow-up on the order by phoning the number listed on the order form and by speaking with the card issuer. We will make every attempt to reach you and clarify the situation, however, if we cannot reach you within 72 hours, the order will be deleted.
